Please see important information about upcoming infrastructure maintenance. Below are key details you should be aware of:
Affected Customers: All North America based customers are affected, with the exception of NA7, NA8 or if your environment was included in any maintenance last week.
Scheduled Downtime Duration: We anticipate a downtime of approximately 15 minutes.
Date and Time: The maintenance is scheduled for July 18, starting at 4:00 AM and concluding by 5:00 AM CT.
What to Expect: During the maintenance window, our services will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes. We recommend planning your work outside the maintenance window.
Notification of Completion: Progress will be available here-> https://status.indeavor.com We will notify you as soon the maintenance is completed.
